I have been on a conscious spiritual path since 1996, first training in different forms of spiritual healing over many years from which trance healing eventually emerged as my favoured method. After a few years I felt the pull to Glastonbury, where I trained intensively in shamanic practice over 8 years. While continuing to work with clients, I added counselling as another string to my bow, working for a number of years in this field and eventually also teaching counselling skills.

After a while as I grew and learned and felt more connected and whole through my own self-development work, it happened that these 3 separate disciplines started to blend together in sessions. I found the combination brought about better outcomes for clients by allowing them to gain more balance and holistic health in their lives through the mind, body & spirit combination that these disciplines together are able to address, ultimately facilitating forward movement, self-awareness & increased soul expansion.
