Giving ourselves the space & time to focus on our thoughts & feelings can facilitate an expansion of understanding & perspective, which in turn sheds light onto ways to move forward.
I walk alongside you supporting you with integrity, balance, honesty and empathy.
After you make contact, I get back to you as soon as I can and we make an appointment for a first session. If we decide to work further together I ask you to commit to a minimum of 5 more sessions so we can get to grips with what you are bringing.
